Jessica Farris is a Houston-based artist who uses color and simplified compositions to build imagined landscapes capable of holding wonder and uncertainty. Her process balances the methodical pace of printmaking with a personal love of loose, spontaneous mark making. She earned her B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and makes prints at The Glassell School of Art in Houston, Texas.
